They don’t have many gluten free options. I got the blackened mahi with new potatoes. It was delicious. It was difficult to not eat the rolls because they were my favorite from back before I knew I needed to avoid gluten.

Staff was somewhat knowledgeable. Very little offered and I found that a few things on the gluten free menu were not gluten free. I ended up with a California roll, no soy sauce, and a steaked tomato. I do not recommend this place for celiac or for someone with a new diagnosis. Very friendly but a waste of time and money.

Manager Jason came to our table within 5 minutes of us notifying the waitress that we had a “gluten allergy”. His son has celiac and spent time talking 1 on 1 with our 12yo celiac son to find him the best option. He also personally went into the kitchen to check on a specific item requested by my son that was not on the GF menu to make sure it was safe for him. The food and atmosphere were great but as a celiac momma, the service was the cherry on top! (P.S. my son enjoyed is grilled shrimp entree)

They provided a gluten free menu of individual items that are gluten free, not the actual gluten free meals (IE: it said tortilla chips were gluten free, but it didn’t say what you could eat with the chips and labeled all sauces as not gluten free). So you had to scan the whole menu, read each individual ingredient to know if the meal was gluten free, and even then your options were very limited. Basically, your options are to spend 25+ dollars on grilled fish, pay for the full price of a cheeseburger without fries, bread, or sauces, or eat salad without any dressing. Don’t come here. (P.s. my boyfriend wants all the non gluten free people to know the clam chowder was good)

5 stars! Excellent GF menu! The chef knows how to prepare gluten free food safe for celiacs. I had the grilled grouper lightly blackened with a mango relish, roasted potatoes, and asparagus. I would definitely eat there again. They have a very nice playground for the kids.

On the phone they said almost everything is gluten free, but actually the opposite is true. Almost everything is fried with few salad options. There were some $25 fish that might have been able to be made plain, if you like $25 plain fish with plain broccoli. The waitress was very nice and tried to be helpful, but it was obvious they aren't trained regarding allergies and are not prepared to accommodate them. I ended up with a plain Caesar salad, basically lettuce with Caesar dressing for $8. Lots of great looking food, but none for you if you eat GF! Go to some of the other places in Pensacola that have great GF food!
