Food was delicious! I had the ginger miso crunch salad with tofu. Food is fresh and service was fast. Great option if you have vegetarians in your party. Recommend!

Many clearly marked gluten free options. Food is good and made from scratch. Waiters are knowledgable and mark orders with „allergy“. But I cannot really judge the safety measures in the kitchen. For the fries they mentioned to use an oven (not a fryer) and said that it is safe.

This is one of our few go-to takeout places, although you can eat in also. My celiac daughter has never gotten sick. Mostly orders salads with chicken or tofu, bowls, always a side of the gf Mac and Cheese (which is small for the price but good!). We always add 10 mins to our takeout order pickup time.

Flower child is one of my go-to healthy restaurants! Most important info to know: they have THE BEST GF CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES!! Do not skip dessert. You order at the register and they bring it to your table but the ambiance is so nice I think you could consider it for a fast casual or a nice sit-down meal. A ton of sides are GF, my favorite being the gluten free Mac n cheese and the chili glazed roasted sweet potatoes. The tofu and chicken protein options are both very bland and the tofu is soft, which is not my preference. I’d recommend going with salmon if you order an entree plate. The drinks are unique and tasty (I’m partial to the rose lemonade), and they offer alcoholic beverages if you’re in the mood for that!

The food is amazing and fairly healthy. I haven’t gotten sick here once. I’ve ordered everything from the salads to their bowls. Their gluten free chocolate chip cookie is one of the best I’ve ever had!

They know what celiac is and write gluten allergy on the ticket to notify the kitchen. Their enchiladas are delicious. I’ve had a safe meal here and at other locations.

I got sick from gluten there. I think it was the Mac and Cheese that was marked gluten free. I don’t recommend going but if you do get a salad to be safe.

A lot of good options and they cater well to food restrictions. Made my own and got salmon, brown rice and chili glazed sweet potato with bok choy. Good plan. Ordered it so slightly watered down experience. No issues.

I told the counter person I had celiac and ordered a dish that she assured me was safe. I ate several bites before I realized it was dusted with breadcrumbs! I was horrified and complained. The same woman who'd taken my order didn't at all seem to understand what I was saying or why i was upset The manager was kind and apologetic, but I realized the staff was not trained or aware, despite the gf options on the menu.

Not a dedicated gluten free restaurant BUT without asking, when I asked what items are prepared with the lowest risk for CC, the knowledgeable young lady said I could have anything gluten free and they would use celiac protocols. Most of the menu was gluten free but mine was prepared with clean gloves, utensils, etc. It was delicious and my daughter loved it too. I had queso and the chicken burrito. Can’t wait to go back! Hope they open one in the north suburbs soon.
