I love this place! There are so many healthy and delicious options!
The gluten free mac and cheese was delicious. The grilled chicken was cooked perfectly. The corn and quinoa was surprisingly super good too.
And OMG I have only seen lemon olive oil cakes on the Food Network, but they have one here that is so light and fluffy and delicious!
I have celiac disease and am very reactive to gluten. I had no reaction and felt safe eating here.
Awesome! Plenty of GF items, the staff is very helpful and the food is great!
Many GF options including multiple desserts, high quality food GF food!
Too noisy. Freezing cold ( yes I know it’s cold outside) the door stays open after people walk in and out. Very few gluten free options. I settled on a side order of spinach and it was filled with salt and cumin. The GF mac & cheese and brussels sprouts my daughter ate we’re also filled with salt. My mother-in-law had a salad and it was flooded with salad dressing. I would not recommend this place nor will I come back.
I absolutely LOVE this place...I typically stick with a plate with Avocado, Spinach and Cauliflower with either chicken or salmon. It’s delicious!
Just arrived in Dallas from Scottsdale and so excited to find a Flower Child! My favorite is the Tai Cashew Quinoa with added chicken and a side of GF mac and cheese. FC is consistently awesome! I'm moving to Philadelphia.....when are you bringing one to the Northeast?
Easy on the GUT and easy on the EYES. By gut I mean all the foods are delicious and prepared the right way and easy to digest which is so important for all of us suffering gut issues. By eyes I mean this place is pretty like 'Better Homes and Garden' pretty and all the employees and patrons are fresh and pretty and happy all smiling. Deserts are GLUTEN FREE (what a thrilling find) and foods are carefully marked in easy to read vegan, vegetarian, GF. I wish all menus would be forced to follow their format. Finally a menu that is not a chore to order! Also employees are great to answer questions and make substitutions. I ate 'Mother Earth' salad: quinoa (instead of grains), sweet potato, portobello mushrooms, avocado, cucumber, broccoli pesto, leafy greens, lemon avocado dressing (instead of miso) and hemp seed. Soooooooo good. I want to order this again.
I was pleasantly surprised with how many options that were able to be made gf. Speaking with the staff, they went above and beyond to explain how they would keep me safe and the fooddd options that were available to me.
The environment is darling! It is definitely a cute place for a weekend dine-in or date option.
This place is awesome!! They make all the gluten free food at a separate station and change their gloves and all that. The girl who took my order put celiac disease and allergy on my receipt and I saw her personal tell the chef that I had a gluten/dairy allergy. Also “celiac” was written on my takeout container. I felt super safe and am definitely going to go back!!
