Staff was somewhat gluten aware. Was told all meats and sauces are gf but only side was coleslaw. A bit pricey in my opinion for what was served. But I did not get sick and feel it it safe for celiacs being cautious.

Nice casual dining spot. Called ahead to confirm GF rubs and prep. Staff was knowledgeable, changed gloves, and one person manned my meal through the line. Menu items are labeled GF. Pulled pork was moist and flavorful. Beans and slaw good as well.
