FYI: Flying Apron was recently taken over by Wildflours GF bakery, and while they still have a great sweet pastry selection, they have unfortunately gotten rid of most of the vegan savory lunch options on the menu (or weren't offering them on the Sunday I visited), contrary to what the webpage about the takeover says. Looks like they would normally would offer breakfast sandwiches, but a Sunday farmer's market happens a few blocks away, so they were sold out by mid-day. I settled for a blueberry scone which was delicious, but I was really hoping for a slice of pizza or lasagna

So good! I had the tomatoe soup and bacon breakfast sandwich. The sandwich biscuit was perfect and flaky. I also got a variety of desserts, all delicious!

Enjoyed both the ham and bacon breakfast sandwiches and a great latte. Got a pecan sticky bun, chocolate brioche, and ginger molasses cookie to go, and they were all delicious. 100% gluten free shop. I'll be going back for more goodies before I leave town.

Lovely people, great selection! The whole place is gluten free and plant based, so great for gluten free dairy free folks. Other allergens are clearly marked, the most common being coconut. Full ingredient lists for every item with common allergens in a different color and bolded.

So. Flipping. Good. Come here! Donuts, cake, pecan sticky buns, so amazing. I came here 6 years ago and had been thinking about it ever since. Still lived up to my memories.

The concept is absolutely wonderful, some thing I wanted to support. However, everything that I’ve tried has not been to my taste. And, in one of the rare moments in my life, I actually spit out the chocolate brownie. It made me very sad. Seattle has many wonderful gluten-free bakeries. Unfortunately this one is not for me.

Cannot say enough good things about this place. I had two sugar cookies to go and a cinnamon roll to eat in the cafe. Both were divine! I tried some of the blueberry muffin someone else got and it was savory as well! There aren’t many places to sit, they do have a couple of outdoor seats. They had a nice selection ranging from breakfast items to bakery items. Each item has the listed ingredients on the label, not just a “gluten free, dairy free, or vegan free” designation. I could easily read EXACTLY what was used in making it, down to the flour used. Will return next time I go to Seattle!

So happy to find this gem while visiting Seattle! Food is both GF and dairy free. We had the pizza and it was quite delicious! Also so many baked goods to choose from…A Celiac and dairy free person’s dream! Staff was very friendly. Just wish it had more savory items to choose from. Would definitely eat there again when in the area.

This is the first place I have felt free since being diagnosed Celiac a year ago! The scone was to die for! I’m taking back, sticky buns, donuts & Poppyseed muffins for my daughter knowing they are safe for her and me!!!

The staff at Flying Apron in west seattle is amazing. My celiac daughter loves that she can have everything there. We really appreciate a bakery that caters to allergies/autoimmune issues.

Very safe baked goods made in a dedicated GF kitchen. A good spot to meet friends for coffee in West Seattle.

Always safe food. Great sweets and delicious onion rolls!
Great 100% GF restaurant! Friendly staff and the food (and coffee!) is fantastic. We shared the tofu scramble and pizza and loved them both. The chocolate chip cookie is a must try.

Not as nice area as the other location but the inside is super cute and more relaxed. Also great food and the staff is super nice!

Love they now have a west Seattle location! The cinnamon rolls and mint chocolate cookies are my favorite. Warning if you come in a late afternoon on a weekend they might be out of a lot of things.

Flying Apron is safe for most Celiacs. . . but if you react to oats, be aware that many of their items contain oat flour, and the rest are baked in the same kitchen.

All gluten free and delicious. The Carmel rolls were amazing with a cream chez that was out of this world. The bread was not gritty and the strawberry rhubarb pie was perfection. I forgot I was celiac. They definitely know what they are doing and what they are doing is just fabulous.
Great selection and COMPLETELY gluten free! I haven't had a pot pie since diagnosed with Celiac...and it didn't disappoint!
Highly recommend!!

So happy they have a new WS location! I like the rotating menu of savory items and all the great sweet treats as the Fremont location. All totally GF and vegan.

They have a new West Seattle location and it was amazing! They sweet bakery goods are better than they savory lunch items, but all was great and we are excited they are located closer now and we can frequent more often. The mixed berry pie is our favorite! We tried cupcakes, cinn rolls, poppy seed, blueberry oat muffin, breakfast burrito, hearty lasagna and macaroni and chez.
