When we arrived at TradeWinds we were told that all restaurants on site have gluten-free foods. Two items on the menu are marked GF and they both involve seafood...I don’t eat seafood. I opted for a hummus plate minus naan. It came with veggies but they are pickled and that sourness combined with over-salted hummus made for a bitter snack. But, because I needed to eat something I ate it. The saving grace was I ordered a GF roll. It comes with spinach tzatziki...a little to thick but fine.

I could have ordered a burger but we just wanted apps.
