My favorite restaurant! I have celiac disease and it is extremely safe. Everything is gluten free except for one bread & perhaps one or two salads. I go for lunch and have the Market Table filled with a wide variety of salads, fresh fruits and veggies, hummus, cheeses, cured meats & salmon. There's also rice, beans with sausage, and seasonal soup. They also bring garlic mashed potatoes, caramelized bananas, crispy polenta, and Brazilian cheese bread to your table. You can also add the table service of the continuously served fire roasted meats.
After reading the reviews here, I was a bit concerned but I had a great experience! The waiter immediately brought me a menu with all allergens when I mentioned I had celiac. There were only 2 things being served in the entire buffet that had gluten. Very few things I had to avoid. The little bread they put on the table are also gluten free and delicious! I ate a lot and had no reaction.
I went here for my boyfriend’s birthday and talked with the waiters about what would be safe for me. They assured me that there were only 2 items that had gluten, pointed them out, and provided me a list of items that could be cross contaminated. I was very impressed and felt extremely safe dining here! Delicious food as well- bottomless gluten free bread rolls for each table!
This is the first place I’ve eaten at since my celiac diagnosis that I felt 100% safe eating. They handed me a list of allergens as soon as I said I was celiac so I would know what I could and couldn’t eat. The “couldn’t eat” list was TINY. I would definitely recommend this place.
We have multiple food allergies in our family in addition to celiac. The food manager came to our table himself and gave us a highlighted list to make our selections easier. He brought my daughter specific food she could eat so she wouldn't feel left out, and He also came to check on us multiple times thru the meal and happily answered all of our questions with a smile. Amazing service, fabulous food, and completely worth the price!
This place is amazing! It's pricey, so definitely best for special occasions, but almost all of the food is gluten-free and delicious. The manager brought me a detailed allergen guide which was helpful. I tried many different things on the buffet, meats etc. and had no reaction after eating there.
This restaurant is a real experience but very expensive. This is fixed price all you can eat concept restaurant. Everything including fresh popovers except three items are gluten free. The salad bar very extensive and outstanding. Every kind of meat is freshly carved at your plate if you want it. I felt many of the meats were tough but some like the roast beef and steak were very good. Best of all I am a very sensitive celiac and did not get sick in spite of the fact I probably ate 20 - 25 different foods. I was wowed by the freshly baked gluten free popovers. I would return to the restaurant just for them.
As said by other reviewers, almost completely GF. Unbelievably excellent service (thanks to head waiter Ben), amazing food, and GF bread that is brought to your table is to die for. YES! I ate bread that tasted good. As a celiac, I was in heaven the entire evening. Can't wait to return.
Knowledgable and attentive staff, unique dining experience, and delicious gluten free food! Almost all food offered is naturally gluten free, the only no-nos are the French bread and 1 or 2 pasta salads on the salad buffet and one of the chicken meats, but with so many other options, you'll be too stuffed with all the tasty sides, meats and salad options, you won't be missing anything!
The good was excellent and they have a wonderful selection of good to accommodate our gluten-free, dairy-, soy-free, egg-free, and but-free diet! The customer service was top-notch!
The servers provided me with the complete allergen menu, but it was kind of unwieldy to try and navigate that on the fly as people are stopping by.
They will make every attempt to help you, though, however this might involve getting the manager which can take some time.
Lots of gluten-free options. But my last two experiences at a Fogo have been pretty underwhelming for the quality of food vs. the dollar value.
The food and experience were great. They had an allergen menu that listed everything they served and of the main menu items only 3 or 4 had gluten, and there were pages of items. There were 2 dessert item that were gluten free. The service was excellent. My daughter did not get gluten’s at all. We will definitely be back.
They have a lot of gluten free options. I did the experience. I skipped the buffet portion because I never feel safe eating shared food. But they bring you mash potatoes, bakes polenta, and banana at the table. Also the cheese bread is gluten free. I was able to eat all the meats that came to the table.
