We had dinner here six days ago and had what they call the “full experience.” The server brought me a GF menu, which was two sheets of paper, but then came back to take it away before we began eating. Given that they bring meat dishes to you continually, I thought that was strange. One star off because I had to remember the items I couldn’t have (fortunately there weren’t a lot). The meats that I had were wonderful, and I especially enjoyed the side of polenta. Absolutely no reaction.

The menu is mainly gluten free, even the bread and croutons and meats except a couple chicken options. May be a bit pricy but being able to have bread and a nearly full menu is worth the price and experience.

Everything I tested, the bread almost all of the salad bar, all the meats except the fish, and the creme brulee were safe. The only two thing i was told I could not have were the sausages and chicken legs (marinated in beer) and they will offer them to you i just politely declined. Great meal!!

Incredibly expensive, but so worth it. Everyone on staff was knowledgeable. Even the croutons were gluten free. The only thing not GF was the chicken. Everything else was. Didn't get sick. Such delicious food. Come hungry!
Delicious and server was knowledgeable. I recommend talking to the manager if you have questions. Basically sausages and chicken legs are off limits, most everything else is fair game.
My husband & I ate at this restaurant tonight . We had a wonderful experience . The staff were excellent . Professional but friendly & very helpful . The concept of the restaurant is very interesting . But you have to go to experience it . All the food is delicious . & an added bonus for me is the majority of it is gluten free . We will be back & would highly recommend eating here . Thank you staff
So many options! It is also fun to have the meat brought around to your table. You do need to ask for a tour of what you can and can't have. If it seems unclear ask for a manager and then be prepared to eat a lot!
Almost all naturally gluten free and the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. The gluten free bread at the table is the best I've ever had!
Delicious! I highly recommend. The cheese bread is so good, I loved it.

Amazing!! Almost everything was GF including entire salad bar and all sides and almost all the meat. Cheesy bread was amazing. Service was excellent. Really know their stuff. Would come here any day over any of the other knock offs (Texas de Brazil).

So many gluten free choices! Bread at the table was GFree. Fried polenta, mashed potatoes, fried bananas, awesome salad bar. And all the meat is gluten free!!!
So much food, we had great time here and left sooo full. A fun spot for the family, endless cuts of meat and salad bar. The rolls are safe, meats are safe, a few items on salad bar that we were warned of ( bread items). We had no reactions, nice lunch here.

Great experience here, told them of my allergy and they brought me a list of everything and their allergens: gluten was only in a few things! Safe buffet, all the meats except the tofu but I didn’t even see that. Highly recommended. All you can eat is $66 which seems like a great deal!

Mostly everything here was gluten free. I was hesitant at first and took some precautions, but everything was great. If you haven’t eaten this style before, they come around to your table with a slab of meat and slice off a portion if you want to try it. There are several meats that are not gluten free, but there were more than enough options without it. I was skeptical of the buffet, but [at least on the night I was there] almost everything on the table was gluten free. I stood there and watched it for 5 minutes before deciding it was worth it to check out a couple items. Taking off a star for safety due to the waitstaff; somewhat knowledgeable, but also apathetic and not willing to get answers very quickly (like 30 minutes into the meal when everyone else was already eating). My primary complaint was the servers — one was a little weird encouraging us to drink and drive (we did not, of course), and one just did not help at all. We went somewhat close to the opening and seemed like a decent amount of turnover with the waitstaff, so perhaps it was a logistical issue and has since improved. I had a vegetarian friend who went and found plenty to eat to hang with her family, but I’m not sure I would recommend that for the price point. I did not get sick, and was very full :)

I haven’t been yet but looking online it looks like their entire market menu is naturally gluten free. Apparently they can also serve Brazi bread. Hope to check out soon.
— No gluten-free information on the menu
The food was great. But as in all you can eat establishment, it's quite expensive unless you come with a huge appetite. They have an extensive allergen menu that they can bring to the table, and my server seem to be pretty knowledgeable about what has gluten. I ate here without any issues.
