Giving 2 stars only because the food is great, 5 stars for flavor! But as for gluten free not so much, the issue is with cross contamination and communication. My niece has celiac and got a Campfire, no graham cracker and GF batter. We were reassured it was GF and safe, yet she still had a celiac reaction. Not sure if they changed glove and used separate utensils as requested, and it looked like they used the same 3 grills for all items when we were told there was a separate grill just for GF.

They have made-to-order salads, which makes it easy to get a GF lunch. They also serve GF crepes and said they take precautions to make sure it’s not cooked on the same surface as the regular crepes. They were very knowledgeable about their ingredients, and I’ve eaten here twice so far and felt fine after.
Owner has celiac. Good crepes. Free fruit infused water.
Only complaint is that sometimes they close early. This is a pain in the butt when I drive all the way there to have it closed.

Went there and ordered then went and sat outside, the girl brings us our food I got the breakfast crépe GF. I eat about 1/4 and decided I wanted to try a sweet one. Went in order and this time stayed to watch them make it. The lady behind the counter pull some stuff out to make it then put on her gloves, pored my batter then reopen the cooler and got more stuff out, with her gloves still on. I said you just crossed contaminated, as I could see the dried batter on the cooler door, her reply to me was no I did not my husband has celiacs, I was SICK for the next 2 days!! Please Please be cautious, and stay inside and watch them make it..
