The staff was not helpful and literally didn’t care whatsoever about my safety.

Bowls are prepared in front of you and staff change their gloves for each customer. There is a possibility of cross-contamination from the gluten containing ingredients, but majority of the food is gluten free.

All salad dressing are gluten free, very delicious! Definitely a state street favorite.

The staff was really helpful when I asked for a confirmation of what was gluten free. Most is in an assembly line similar to Chipotle, so there is a CC risk that I was warned about. Delicious healthy lunch.
