I always get the nachos (no beer sauce) and I tell them that I have celiac. They work hard to prevent cross-contamination and I've never had a problem. Favorite restaurant!
I have a very restricted diet (no gluten, dairy, soy, egg, etc.) and this is the only place where I can eat fries. They do have a dedicated fryer and do not use soybean oil. These fries are so good I often go here with my husband and just eat fries for dinner. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Great atmosphere.
They now have a "gluten sensitive" menu. It does warn that the food is prepared in a shared kitchen where cross contamination may occur. They don't have any gluten free beer on tap, but they do carry two varieties of Omission beer. I wrote a review awhile ago - raving about the restaurant - but now feel that I was over generous the first time - lowered my rating from 4 stars to 2 stars. I had a bad experience last time I was there - found out the fries - listed as gf - were not in a dedicated fryer. Then the server offered me a caesar salad instead!! So - despite having gf all over the menu - the servers have NO idea! I wrote to the manager - thinking he/she would like to know - but got no response.
The menu listed fries as gluten free but they don't use dedicated fryers. Not gluten free them!!!!
