Fork and Salad Maui

I ordered the Super salad 2.0, and subbed the kimchi broccoli for edamame because I don’t like spicy or vinegar. Also got the coconut butternut squash soup. Both were delicious! No adverse symptoms! I asked them to put new gloves on, but there is still potential for cross contamination from utensils touching gluten meals.

The guy preparing the food wasn’t knowledgeable when asked if items were GF. Felt unwelcoming! There are better places for GF in Maui.

We were the first ones in the door in the morning at 11:00 so everything was nice and clean. The lady at the counter was very helpful with letting me know what was gluten free. I did a salad with a gluten free wrap. No reaction and super tasty!

Nice selection of items to craft your own salad with.

Employees didn't seem extremely knowledgable about gluten cross contamination, but once I informed them they were happy to change gloves etc.

I’m a very sensitive celiac and had no reaction eating here. We were looking for something light and fresh, and the salads here were perfect for that. I just asked them to change their gloves and was set.

I never eat at places where they make regular sandwiches and gf ones in the same place while taking from the same bins. I risked getting a salad and didn’t feel or get sick. They change their gloves and all of the dressings are gf. If I didn’t get so sick after eating gluten, I would’ve loved to try the wrap.

Delicious fresh salads. I’ve heard the gf wraps are good but I’m very skeptical of gf wraps.

We had GF WRAPS here-sooo good. They also have hearty salads and many wrap options. Food was delicious and made to order. Neither myself nor my celiac husband got sick. Plan to eat there again soon!

Ate here for lunch and it was good. Al salad dressings are gluten free and many salad choices are too. They gave me a slice of gluten free bread on the side too. Felt good afterwards.

I got the lemon thyme chicken sandwich. Although the gluten free bread was not great, everything in it was awesome! The sauces were delicious. Next time I'd skip the bread, and the chocolate chip cookies, but everything else was great. Fresh and yummy

Great food and choices. The first worker was very knowledgeable and changed her gloves without being asked. She also told the next worker and she changed her gloves.

A Chipotle-like operation that quickly produces a tasty, healthy meal. Adjusts to dietary needs; some items are already GF. Busy at noon.

great food, it definitely made me worried when they did it all so fast without changing gloves or wiping anything down, but I survived and the salad was delicious.

Amazing salads. I loved it. Im only giving it four stars because i dont believe they switched there gloves and they also make wheat sandwiches. But i did not get sick.

Just tried this for the first time. All salad dressings are gluten free so tons of options for making your own fresh salad! Delicious! They label gf options. I can't comment on anything but the salads as of now. I do have celiac and did not get sick! 🙌🏻 This will be my new go to place!
