Wonderful experience here! Staff was incredibly accommodating, and walked me through the entire menu reviewing which options I could have. They took cross contamination measures seriously and knew that any fried items would not be safe (there are only a few items that are fried and most could be modified). Many options on the menu could be made gluten free. The food was delicious and safe, and the service was outstanding!
I've been twice and haven't gotten sick from eating here. Make sure to mention your dietary restrictions (you can mention celiac explicitly and they understand). Wait staff are all very knowledgeable about cross contamination and gluten free dining.
