Not Celiac Friendly. I recently ate here with my family. We chose the Foundry specifically because it was advertised that they had a gluten free menu and dedicated allergen free prep area. This is important for me because I have Celiac (gluten allergy). When we arrived the waitress informed me that they no longer had a gluten free menu but could adjust many menu items to accommodate my allergy. I was disappointed but ordered anyway, hoping they would not get any gluten in my order. We waited a while for our food, but when it arrived everyone at our table seemed to enjoy their entree. I had the Chicken Curry. It came with a quails egg on top, which was cold and didn't go with the flavors in the curry. I felt sick after my meal, indicating to me that it was not gluten free as they had said it was. Other negatives: It is very dark in the restaurant, so dark we had to hold up the candle to the menu to read it! It was pretty noisy in there. Also the waitress brought out gluten free bread for me before the meal, which is a thoughtful idea, but the bread was just a store-bought plain GF hamburger bun that was toasted, Yuk!
