Review of Four Corners Cafe

This is my favorite breakfast spot and I have never had any issue with their gluten free menu options. My niece is also gluten intolerant and was able to get their "happy face pancake", which she loved. Their gf waffles are delicious and you can't even tell they are gluten free. They also have delicious soy cappuccinos and lattes, which is a bonus for the coffee lovers. The servers are nice and knowledgeable about their gluten free options. Try it, you will not regret it.
