Four star offer a rice base pizza (create your own - select rice base) I'm not sure how they handle cross contamination but I (celiac) usually don't have a problem. Just be careful about the ingredients you add!

I ordered the Rice flour pizza base from Four Star Pizza. It was fresh & tasty and most important of all, I didn't have any reaction from eating it.
