Came here after reading the other reviews. Spoke with the waiter about making sure the pasta was gf and prepared separately. The food was okay but not great. Spent the night sick, vomiting, and hurting from being contaminated.
Great Gluten Free option, I talked to the waiter and they normally use the same pasta water for regular and Gluten Free pasta, but I explained that I had Celiac and they were more than happy to boil my pasta in a new fresh pot. Nice to be able to get good Italian food and not worry about getting sick! I got the Caprese Salad and the Pasta Pomodoro with Shrimp all very good!
I have celiac disease, and called the restaurant ahead of time to see if they could accommodate my dietary needs. I spoke to the general manager on the phone (I think his name was Maurice), and he told me they have gluten free pasta, pizza, and could make a lot of sauces and menu items gluten free. When I went to the restaurant the waiter was not sure about the sauces being gluten free so he went to check with the kitchen staff. Then the manager I spoke to on the phone came to my table and told me exactly how he could make the pesto gluten free for me, and what ingredients were in it. He also assured me that they would use separate cooking utensils, pots, etc. I was very impressed! My pesto pasta was SO delicious! I highly recommend this place!
