Ate here last night for the first time at many a friends' request (and a friend works in the restaurant). They make their own gluten-free dough and it requires 24 hours' notice to make--so worth it! They also make their own in-house sausage, bacon, etc, and their sauce rocks. Not sure if the space for GF food was dedicated but I was assured that they know what they're doing and didn't end up having a problem at all. Best crust I've had to date--chewy, a bit crispy on the bottom, tasty!
