Frank's Pizza and Restaurant

Pasta is cooked in regular pasta water ..I asked if it could be boiled separateand they said I guess so...it was as the pasta came out same time as my husband's regular and was very al dente.. new waitress knew nothing about the menu let alone the GF components.

The gluten free pasta is cooked perfectly al dente with Bolognese sauce on top, delicious. I just wish they gave you a little more pasta, it was overwhelmed by the sauce. But considering the sauce is so good I took it home to put on top of my pasta.

Found this pizzaria using the Find Me Gluten Free app. They offer GF pizza, pasta and wraps as well as salads. I had an antipasto salad and GF pizza. Both were very good with no reaction after. The pizza crust never leaves it's aluminum dish that it was made in so cross contamination from the oven is minimized. The people here awhile very friendly too. Would definitely recommend!
