Celiac friendly?

Yes

Freddy's does not offer a gluten-free bun or a dedicated fryer. However they do offer a lettuce wrapped burger and Baked Lays potato chips as a side option. In addition the allergen information on their website also identifies the chili, custard, and several toppings do not contain gluten. We always inform the staff that she is celiac and must strictly avoid gluten. She has never had any problems after eating at Freddy's. Freddy's is one of our main go to for a quick lower risk gluten free meal.

Manager was great about listening and doing her best to meet the high level of care celiac food needs, and had the order restarted a few times when something wasn’t made carefully enough. I tried the restaurant several times, since such a strong effort was made and their food was really good. But most times I still had a reaction. =(

They have a fryer they sometimes keep gluten free but sometimes use mixed for busy periods, so that’s a bit of a risky option too.

Highly recommended burger joint for non-celiacs. Great food and fantastic customer service even if not celiac safe. Review is a celiac star rating, but is otherwise 4.5/5 stars.

Probably safe enough for gluten sensitive, but not set up for the total avoidance of cross-contamination needed.

Staff doesn't know what has gluten in it when asked. Frozen Custard was good. Lettuce wrap was depressing. Probably wouldn't order again.

This location does not have a dedicated fryer for French fries! Burgers can be ordered with lettuce wraps but I'm unsure how safe it is cross contamination wise.
