I was today years old when I learned that the tortillas are grain free. I enjoyed a burrito for the first time in months. 10/10!

I was feeling guilty for requesting GF. They went out of their way to check my choices before I got in line. Very appreciative.
This our quick go-to GF place. Burrito bowl with no corn tortilla if you are sensitive to cross contamination. They use the same gloves to grab the flour tortillas and corn, so don't get anything they touch with their hands (salad, etc...)
Understanding and careful staff! Just ask for new gloves and a burrito bowl... If you aren't familiar with their gfree options they can give you a list of safe foods. I avoid anything they grab with their hands (like lettuce) and anything that needs to be heated in the tortilla heater things (However they have offered to heat the corn while wrapped in foil... always an option to ask for I suppose). I love this place eat and here often!
Delicious burrito bowl. Great go to place.
The management here has gone down completely. No one knows what gluten is and I watched them cross contaminate every single thing on the serving bar today a guy with gloves on that it just touched the tortilla grabbed the chicken that had fallen all over the line and put it back with his hands. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE CELIAC.

They couldn't understand that I needed clean gloves. In fact, everytime I said I need fresh gloves. I'm gluten-free. They tried to give me a low Carp tortilla but when I asked if it was gluten-free, they didn't know. They finally were able to determine which products were gluten-free. And then proceeded to give me cheese by reaching into the container as opposed to using the spoon. So there is quite a bit of cross-contamination. At this location, it's went downhill.

Daughter is celiac. We have been many times and they have an allergy chart posted for them to see. Only chicken is GF (other meats are not) but my daughter loves it in a bowl! They washed hands and changed gloves. She has not have any symptoms of being glutened.
I asked for the gluten-free menu and ordered chicken on salad. I still got glutened. I suspect that they prepare all the food on the same surface. The employees seemed pretty clueless about what gluten intolerance means.
