Great location on the water. Service was prompt and professional. Menu was clearly marked with a good selection of GF items. Excellent food and no issues!
Amazing food and perfect to sit by the water! I have celiacs and it was amazing and did not bother me! They have many gluten free options! Put waitress made sure she told the kitchen about my allergy and checked with them multiple times just to make sure they did it right! Definitely will go back!

Had a delicious bowl. Everything was clearly marked on the menu. Waitress was good about communicating allergy to kitchen staff. Would definitely go here again!

Their online menu states that the tacos are GF, however, upon sitting down I saw that the GF symbol on the physical menu had been sharpied over. My waitress Georgia explained that the kitchen had started using a corn and FLOUR tortilla. There weren’t a ton of options for strictly gluten free items, and I’m a runner who had a race that next day, so I didn’t want a salad. Hard to order GF but you can make it work. Food was otherwise tasty, and I do not have celiacs, so I was able to stay and eat^
It was ok and I did not get sick but very few options.
Sadly they have changed their tacos to flour tortillas. For celiac options, they are clearly marked and knowledgeable, but only offer salads (with a protein) and sides, so there are not many entrée options.
GF items marked on menu - lots of choices! Waitress noted need for no cross-contact…glove change, fresh utensils, etc… on the order. I had the shrimp tacos and they were delicious!

Great menu and atmosphere! All items are clearly are marked. Everything was delicious. We split the seafood platter and everything was good. Staff was awesome!
I had the tuna poke bowl. It was excellent. Food and service were wonderful. We went at 4:00 and didn’t have to wait.

Excellent Restaurant for Celiac or other diet restrictions! I emailed the restaurant with an inquiry regarding my dietary restrictions. I received a return email immediately and was advised I could be accommodated! We had dinner there last night and it was fabulous! For those who are Celiac, Frescos is an excellent choice! I was able to order my salmon and fresh veggies grilled without any preserves or seasoning to accommodate my dietary restrictions and it was delicious! The salmon was tender and the veggies fresh grilled! My husband and daughter who do not have dietary concerns enjoyed fabulous meals as well! The calamarIs in the appetizer were huge! The St. Pete Bowl and shrimp scampi entrees were excellent and the chocolate cake decadent! Our server, Wyatt, was friendly and attentive, knowledgeable about the menu options I needed for my diet! A beautiful view of the water front tops off an enjoyable evening!
Gluten free pasta has been removed as an option, but they had removed it from the menu. As long as you like steak or seafood there are still quite a few options though. We had the seafood platter and it was really tasty.

Nice location on the water. You can park at sundial parking garage & they will validate the ticket (Wish I knew). The Grilled Salmon with Mango sauce with the Pineapple slaw was SO good. Among the best salmon I have ever had. We both agreed we would return just for that. Enjoyed the muscles, spinach salad and fish tacos as well.
Great spot with great view and wonderful service! I had grouper tacos which were gluten free but not marked in the menu. They were fantastic and I had no reaction.
Lots of gluten free options marked on their menu, mostly salad, seafood or eggs (brunch menu). Good food!
All options that are gluten free are denoted on their regular menu with a GF, the brunch menu relocated us to omelettes and salads, but there's easily a dozen choices and all sounded delicious, I was especially impressed with their gluten free hollandaise sauce! we'll have to go back to try their GF entrees
Great waterfront restaurant, lots of gluten free options. I asked for the kitchen manager, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. The food was great and , I didn't get sick and I'm very sensitive to cross contamination.
