The owner's son came out of the kitchen to discuss with me what I could have. The entire staff was very helpful. Ended up could only have the salad, which was excellent. They do not have a dedicated gluten free oven and I'm just beginning my journey with Hashimoto so I'm not sure if that's a big issue or not. Anyways while enjoying my Greek salad, he brought me a pizza box with all the ingredients for me to bake at home. Now, that is service! Plus he is going to do research on how they can have a gluten free friendly kitchen!
