Fresh N Go is now Fresh Cafe. Same owner new name! The food is fresh and delicious. They follow gluten free protocol and are very conscientious about not cross contaminating. It is so nice to go out and not worry. Bonus is how insanely yummy the food is! Atmosphere is light and peaceful and the service is incredible!
So happy to have found this place. Even though it is not listed as safe for GF and Celiac, I felt safe here. They offer bowls, which you can build yourself or choose one from the menu. The ingredients are kept separately and the customers are able to see the food being prepared.
The only non-GF item on their menu is their tortilla wraps which are kept separately from everything else. The ladies behind the counter were too kind and if you explain what you need they will assist you in making sure you feel safe.
If you manage to catch it, try the hibiscus tea with raspberry infusion - it was very refreshing.
Amazing flavor and gluten free options… exactly what we wanted for lunch + healthy sizing for later snacking.

Delicious and celiac safe. The only items containing gluten are non gf wraps. You can customize each bowl however you want.
This place is wonderful. You can order anything I. The way that works best for your diet. GF, Veg, etc. Foods are fresh and tasty.
Super cute place with delicious good! My kid has Celiac and loved the chicken and rice bowl! I am beyond happy we found another Celiac SAFE place to eat!

Friendly staff, clean establishment, and delicious food. We stopped on a road trip to San Diego and are so happy to have a quick, delicious, and safe option to eat. We tried the Miami bowl and an adapted Mexican Bowl and were pleased with both. Our favorite ingredient were the plantains included in the Miami bowl. There were plenty of nearby public parking lots and the area was walkable. Highly recommend.

I found this restaurant while searching through the app, decided to check it out and I do not regret it! The food was tasty and they had a lot of different options for people with restrictive diets. Their vegan cheese is the best I’ve had so far too!

Very tasty! Build your own bowls. Entire restaurant is GF, except for 1 dessert. I also loved that they have non caffeinated beverages with no sugar and fresh juices with no added sugar. My kind of place! I’ll definitely be back!

This place is brand new and didn’t even have a sign outside. We only found it because of this app. Not sure when they’ll get a sign but it’s on a corner with lots of white fairy lights outside if you want to look for it!
While the interior is relatively simple, the food is very tasty and it’s all GF. My husband is vegetarian and I’m not so we can’t always find places we both like - but this one filled the bill. The options for healthy bowls were pretty much endless since you can either pick one of their signature ones or build your own. They charge by weight so it’s easy to get as much or as little as you want.
I would highly recommend this place for a quick meal if you’re in the neighborhood.

Delicious and dedicated gluten free!!! Build your own bowl or choose from one of their signature bowls ( I had the Mexican bowl and it was delicious.) Everything tasted fresh and amazing and the decor was so cute and stylish. Great service and the owners are so nice. I’m SO happy to have another dedicated gf option in Esco!
