Massive gluten free menu... BUT, Little to no options for celiacs... better off eating an avocado at home

What a disappointment. It's a beautiful space and the cocktails we got while we read the menu were great. There's a separate Gluten Free menu - which it turns out is pretty pointless as a big disclaimer at the top says everything is likely to be cross-contaminated with gluten. Meaning that the foods listed aren't necessarily gluten free.So we asked the waiter for help choosing something that was going to be safe. He didn't understand how gluten exactly works, so got the manager. But sadly the manager's advice left us feeling unsafe:Me - "the menu says some items are fried in shared fryers and prepared on shared surfaces. Is there a dish you can recommend that isn't? I have celiac disease so must be extra careful."Manager - "Yes the tiger bowl."Me - "But it says it contains crispy tofu cubes... Aren't they fried in a shared fryer?"Them - "Could be."Sigh.We left after our cocktail, they clearly didn't get it and it wasn't worth the risk.
