They seem to have a lot of gluten free options, but the staff had no idea what I was talking about when I asked about “celiac,” “gluten free,” or food allergies. A Delta gate agent who is a fellow celiac overheard me, and said that he risks it and watches them carefully, but that they do have crepes so it’s iffy. He sent me up the escalator to the Grab and Go Mesa Verde, which he said was the safest and best gluten free option in terminal A.

This establishment didn't pop up when I looked for options in the Denver airport near the A gates, but thankfully I wandered around and checked, because they have delicious gluten-free rice bowls here! They said all their rice bowls except the Thai bowl are gluten-free.
