There’s no GF menu, but the server had a list of allergens to help me choose a safe meal. The workers appeared educated on celiac and other food allergies. They changed gloves and used clean utensils. You can watch them prepare your food. I had the Pangoa bowl but changed the dressing from bbq to a GF cilantro lime. It was delicious and I didn’t get sick.

Advised them I am celiac and have a gluten allergy but ended up with crispy wantons in my bowl which I found out theirs are not gluten free despite being told the dish I picked is their most popular amongst their celiac customers.

I’m always happy when I find a healthier food option in an airport. The menu posted has GF notations and they have an allergen menu online that indicates which ingredients contain the allergen. The build your own bowl I got was tasty…I’d go back. (https://freshii.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/03/NA-Guide-EN_compressed.pdf).

Ordered two bowls, both gf. One of the bowls came out with wheat wontons, so we asked for it to be remade. The other bowl seemed to be gluten free, but my son got violently ill. We don’t know if it’s from gluten or from something else. We don’t recommend.
