They don't know what on their menu has gluten in it, and the guide they use doesn't include all of their items. I don't recommend coming here.
Horrible.
My husband picked up dinner for us at freshii. He asked them if the wraps were gluten-free. He was told that they are. He went through the ingredients of several things on the menu, includung the wontons, and each time was told that they were gluten-free. Two different employees verified that the food was gluten-free.
He bought three wraps and brought them home for dinner. I looked at the wraps and asked what they were made of, but he didn't know, so I called the Freshii restaurant myself. I have never eaten there before, so I decided to confirm that the wraps, which did not look gluten-free, were in fact safe for me to eat.
I called the Evanston restaurant at 7:00 pm on 7/9/19. The girl who answered the phone told me that the wraps are gluten-free. So I asked what they were made of. She asked me to hold, then came back a minute later and told me they were wheat tortillas. I asked her to repeat herself. She said that they were wheat. Obviously, then, they are not gluten-free.
I wouldn't trust this place to serve gluten-free food,or to even have any idea what gluten-free means.
Incidentally, they didn't even get his order for the wraps right. Two of the wraps just had beans and rice in them- nothing else.
No
I'm on a detox where I am gluten free, dairy free, and processed sugar free for 30 days. Freshii is the only place I can eat without worry! All of the meals are customizable and they have a pretty awesome selection of gf dressings and sauces. My favorite thing to get is the #Lifesupport smoothie, good clean veggies and fruit and no mystery extras.
Got a rice bowl. No idea yet about actual GF but it was ice cold rice with Luke warm chicken - maybe it’s supposed to be more like a salad rice bowl?? Tasted ok- just hope things are being kept at proper temp!

Every Freshii is the same (check other reviews) but I’ve specifically asked the manager of this place how they prepare the food and he told us that it is on purpose made not to have any cross-contamination (the chain of people who prepares what is dedicated to no cross-contamination).

The menu offers gluten-free salads, bowls, a soup and smoothies. All the ingredients are listed on the menu so it’s easy to know what is possible (they write GF beside options also). Very tasty and healthy. Prices are fair. Love the fact that you can choose a variety of ingredients. The only reason I didn’t put 5 stars is that I’m not 100% sure if there isn’t any cross-contamination.

They have dedicated GF items on their menu. I just had to tell the cashier that I have coeliac disease and he already changed his gloves and showed me my options. Food was ready to take out fast and I didn't got sick. Good healthy, filling and tasty option.

I have not gotten sick here and eat here frequently. There are several items that are gf and they are all delicious but there are not many. Their burrito bowls are wow. Great place for a quick light healthy lunch. Their coconut chia parfaits are also delish and good for a quick breakfast. They serve bottled and fountain drinks. Their taco soup is also amazing but needs the taco chips and one other item(don’t remember right now) removed and then it is safe.
