The people there are very knowledgeable about their popsicles, awesome tasting. They offer dairy free, gluten free, vegan friendly choices! Usually have at least 12 flavors on the special dietary menu. The whole family can get a sweet treat in one place!

Tons of GF options here!!! They have everything that is GF marked on their menu, and the people there are so sweet! Highly recommend!!!
I finally made it to Frios two weeks ago and tried their blackberry ginger lemonade frozen ice pop. It was delicious. My husband loved his salted caramel one as well. We enjoyed them so much that we returned again today. Frios has a great website, and it is easy to find options that are gluten-free as well as nut-free soy-free and dairy-free. I’m sure that we will be regulars this summer.
I looked at the online menu before I went so that I would know what options would be gluten free.

Staff will assist you in picking out the GF flavors. The bars are individually wrapped so no worries about server error. More of the fruitsicle flavors are GF, would be nice if some of the ice cream ones were available.
Huge selection of delicious gluten free popsicles. Great place to go for gluten free desert after eating downtown Chattanooga.
