Sad news - change of chef, management, ownership - something - in late 2022 or early 2023 - many fewer GF options - dedicated fryer is gone - at least our waiter was very knowledgeable to let us know just how many of the items I loved are no longer available.

All I can say is that I’m sad as this was my favorite place to eat out in the area ….

All the food we ordered came out warm, and quickly cooled. The plates were not hot as most kitchens serve their food.

The printing of the menus was poorly done and difficult to read. The papers were inserted in the wrong order…. This is not just me being picky, it just reflects a poor attention to details, and for those of us with Celiac Disease, details in a restaurant are the difference between a safe, delicious meal, and spending the rest of our vacation trying to recover our health.

I did not get sick, however I didn’t finish my meal because it went from lukewarm to cold so quickly.

The waiter we had took the feedback on the lukewarm food well and gave us a free crème brûlée and discount on our cool soup, lukewarm rice, which I appreciated the comp, but I would much rather pay full price to have amazing warm food.

Vinny, who used to be the head chef, left working with this chef and it shows. Vinny’s is back open on the Main Street in Frisco. We will be eating there in the future.

We eat here almost every time we come to Summit County. That or Vinny’s, but Vinny’s has been closed until their new space is finished. We ate here tonight and it was fabulous. The wait staff is so knowledgeable. They have a second fryer that is dedicated and most of their dishes don’t use flour. They have a lot of options for GF. Tonight we had GF bread (toasted on a pan), Brussels sprouts, lamb stew, potato soup, halibut and veggie lasagna. The lasagna wasn’t GF though.

Amazing service and food. When we said GF they immediately asked if there was a celiac and they walked us through all the options. They even brought GF bread to the table. Highly recommended!

Amazing meal at this wonderful restaurant in this eclectic town. Manager was very knowledgeable when I called and server was fantastic They brought toasted gluten free bread when they brought bread to the table. I had a Cesar salad without the croutons and a perfectly cooked Colorado beef ribs steak with garlic mashed potatoes. A gf dessert of chocolate dlourless torte was available as well as homemade ice cream but I was too stuffed to try it.
