They glutened me! The worker pointed out which flavors were GF. I chose the gianduia. I asked three times if this flavor was GF and was told yes. Took three bites and realized I was crunching cookies! We went back in to ask if the crunch was GF and the other worker said, “That flavor is not gluten free.” What a disaster! I would imagine that the flavors that are really GF would be okay, but this was a horrible experience. I wish they would label things GF so we don’t have to rely on clueless workers.
I love Frost gelato! I’ve been here multiple times over the past 3 or 4 years and have never gotten sick! Most employees are very knowledgeable about which items are GF. If they aren’t sure, they’ve always taken the initiative to find out. The only mistake anyone has ever made was in placing a rolled wafer cookie in my gelato (as a decorative touch), but they happily tossed that one and made a new dish when I pointed it out. Now, I make sure to request they leave it off.

When asked which flavors were gluten free the girl was very knowledgeable and helpful! I got the toasted marshmallow and it is such a yummy treat!

The staff was very nice and knew the allergens in each flavor, and had procedures where they could use separate scoopers/get it from fresh gelato containers. They said that the gelato is made in shared equipment but that it’s washed between each use/flavor.
Woman at the front pointed out all the GF ice cream and also have gf cones. Only eight non gluten out of like 25 choices
Absolutely delicious!! An authentic Italian dessert experience. They have tons of unique gelato flavors (only some of them are gluten free just at a glance). My boyfriend (celiac) gets the pineapple sorbet everytime and has dreams about it. The sorbet selection is perfect!! They put biscottis in their cups, so just make sure to tell them not to and it’ll be perfectly safe!
Love this place! All the employees are pretty knowledgeable about what items are gluten-free (a lot of flavors are). Just make sure to tell them no cookie on top.
Tastes delicious and is normally gluten free if you ask for your gelato without the cookie on top.
