Loved this spot! I think all of the flavors are gluten free and the gluten containing toppings are packaged in containers on the counter separate from all of the other toppings. The coconut-based flavors were my favorite!

FABULOUS vegan ice cream - all fruit based and naturally sweetened with dates or fruit, too! gluten free options are extensive, even including a strawberry cheesecake flavor, made with gluten free cheesecake crumbles that they buy from a dedicated gluten free bakery!!! A few toppings have gluten, but those are all optional of course and kept in individual airtight containers. Staff is knowledgeable, and they were very kind and friendly answering any questions I had about safety! Disclaimer: Not sure if they have any flavors with gluten, they have a “daily flavor” that changes every day of the week, they’ll tell you which are GF but if you are very careful about cross contamination, I may suggest making sure everything is kept separate when they are making the flavors too and all that since it is not a dedicated GF facility :)
