Very knowledgeable staff of what a celiac was. The manager knew all the ingredients of every dish. The wood fired meals were all cooked individually. I had the octopus, fish Veracruz, and the grilled vegetables. So so good. Sat at the bar seating in front of the kitchen and you can watch the whole meal being made. Very clearly it’s mostly salt, pepper, oil and then the wood fired oven makes it all tasty. The cocktails were delicious. The mezcal, piña, and habanero combo was my favourite. The desserts had multiple options and again they came by to let us know the ingredients. What was made of corn starch etc. Extremely high quality meal. Highly recommend.
