Would not recommend if celiac. The manager seemed relatively knowledgeable when we arrived and spoke with her, but told me to just flag it with the waiter. The waiter then brought out the wrong order for me so I asked for it to be corrected and then he brought out my actual order. I worry that the “GF” pancakes he brought out (when he corrected it) we’re not actually GF because my stomach is NOT doing so well.

Our waiter really knew what makes food truly gluten free. Not huge selection but not terrible. GF Benedict was delicious. Service fab.

I’m giving Fuel a 5 star!

My family and I visited today for dinner. The food was so good. And not only was it so good but there were plenty PLENTY of delicious sounding gluten free options. And not the lame kind where you can just replace or hold back things and it will be so/so. It was delicious. I had the pork cauliflower rice bowl and we shared a side of chicken tenders crusted with tortilla chips. My ol’ man got this real good looking sandwich on a gluten free roll. I barely believed it could be gluten free because it was it looked good. I took his word on it tasting amazing because I cannot have cheese. Also, Our server was so fun, and he even brought my daughter a popsicle for the ride home.

Second Fuel Cafe location in 5th opened with a full menu. The Riverwest location isn't very gluten free friendly. I have the Korean bowl this morning--very tasty! They offer gluten free toast with any breakfast for $1 extra.
