Fuel Coffee Bar

Despite being a pretty busy and a more fast paced coffee place, the servers took the time to check on any of my questions. I ordered a turkey and cheddar breakfast sandwich on gluten free bread (they use Little Northern Bakehouse) and they toasted it in their specified non-gluten toaster! Sandwich was amazing and I ordered a coffee cake to go along with a darn good hazelnut latte. So far I haven't had any reaction that would make me think there was cross contamination. I'll be back!

Great selection of gluten free breakfast sandwiches, smoothies, pastries, and muffins. You can swap yogurt out to make the smoothies dairy free as well if needed. The staff always asks if it is an allergy or preference.

Went here while in town for a family vacation. They did let me know all pastries are cooked in the same oven, but cooked at separate times. They were very helpful in my million questions about their drinks. I got a apple pie muffin, coffee cake and spiced chai with almond milk. No issues!

Lots of different gluten free pastries and sandwich options, and everything is safely prepared. The GF coffee cake is particularly good. My go to coffee and pastry place!

amazing selection of yummy treats, sandwiches, and coffee. the gf apple pie muffin is my favorite!

Great coffee! Lots of flavors. Yummy snacks. A few gluten free muffins and treats available. They offer gluten free bread if you want a breakfast sandwich! Not sure if they use a dedicated area.
