Called ahead and spoke to manager, who said they were aware of GF needs and would take steps to avoid cross contamination. Said they made rice with only rice and vinegar (have heard that some places can add flour as thickener.) They said they had GF soy sauce. We got there at 5, not crowded, friendly server. Husband got really cool rolls that he really liked, kid 1 loved their noodles, kid 2 loved their sushi rolls. I got basic rolls that were excellent. However, I did not use the GF soy sauce as it was brought out in a repurposed beer bottle. Could have been fine, but I did not want to risk it. So, maybe BYO. Service was slow, especially for being so uncrowded. We agreed that the sushi was better than the place we usually go in Bethesda.
