Review of Fujiyama Japanese Hibachi & Sushi

NOT SAFE. Nightmare experience here for us gluten free folks. They make a big deal that they can prepare gf food here and it's a complete lie. Was here for a hibachi party with a bunch of friends. The menu listed all kinds of items that can be prepared gluten free, and say that gf food would be prepared separately in the kitchen to ensure no cross contamination. So imagine how I felt digging to to my dinner on a separate fancy plate and everything... A few bites in, and what is that mixed in the sauce? Is that pieces of NOODLES?!? Why yes, it is. Confront the manager as I feel the sickness starting to set in, to learn that cooking our food back in the kitchen to keep it from cross contamination is a complete fallacy because they're using dirty pots and pans that they cooked in with gluten!I've never been so upset - having multiple staff guarantee you'll be safe / that it will be prepared correctly, in a clean, separate dish, when this isn't how they cook in their kitchen AT ALL. Lazy. Dangerous. Irresponsible. Never visiting this restaurant again as long as I live.
