I love fusian! Bowlfuls of salmon and tuna sashimi and tons of ingredient options that are safe - including multiple delicious sauces! ❤ Be sure to communicate your allergy clearly, don’t be afraid to ask for accommodation (change of gloves, new utensils, new pan of ingredient, etc). Most Fusian experiences I have had are great, sometimes a less knowledgable employee is working and you might need to walk them through what you need. But seriously, this place is great.

Ordered gluten free and vegan dishes by delivery. Directions and warnings about gluten intolerance were ignored. I got sick following the meal and would not recommend for those with celiac disease.
I felt so safe ordering from this location! The online allergy sheet is very easy to follow. Ordered online and made a note that I’m not just gluten free but celiac, and the team wrote a note on my order bag to reassure me my meal was handled with care. I’ll definitely be ordering from this Fusian again 🥰
