This is not safe for celiacs. I’ve given it several chances, gotten sick twice (I tried again because I had so many good experiences before). The tempura used to be marked GF, after getting sick I emailed them, and the GF label on the tempura shrimp has since been removed. Assuming that’s what got me really sick last time.
I tried it again since I’d had great experiences and tried it without getting anything fried. As they made the roll, they were doing everything right with changing gloves and getting a new sheet but immediately after placed it on a cutting board with wonton wrappers covered in flour and tried to cut it with the same knife. Then the solution was to flip the board upside down when I asked if they could remake it and explained why.
The staff is nice and the food tastes good so I’m really sad but I’m not coming here again and wouldn’t recommend it for celiacs.
Will never order here. They have items marked not GF, but if you crafted the roll from the ingredients, they have all the ingredients listed as GF. Then if you look at their Nutrition Info you get a THIRD set of what is/is not GF, and it’s different from what’s marked on the menu. I called and they couldn’t answer or explain… no way I’m trusting this place.
I felt so safe ordering from this location! The online allergy sheet is very easy to follow. Ordered online and made a note that I’m not just gluten free but celiac, and the team wrote a note on my order bag to reassure me my meal was handled with care. I’ll definitely be ordering from this Fusian again 🥰
