Fusion Kitchen offers a Gluten Free crab cake. Flavor was okay, side was fire roasted veggie mix, taste good. The overall experience was not great. Owner sitting drinking wine at bar and staff standing around while kitchen got overwhelmed. Waitress got in a verbal confrontation with a table of customers and then after they left proceeded to talk poorly about customers. Disappointing to say the least. We waited for 90 minutes to be served our food after being told numerous times that we would be over the top impressed by flavors. Not only were we not impressed; we were disappointed with the dirty tables not being cleaned and the lack of professionalism. We will not be returning.
