Staff is very knowledgeable about gluten-free! Gluten free soy sauce and sauces. The food is very good. Love the boba tea and chicken bowls! I’ve never gotten sick here and have ate here several times over the past couple of years. Staff is more than accommodating and always very friendly!

The dishes that they can make gluten free are chicken teriyaki, salmon, or shrimp. We had the chicken teriyaki and it was delicious with the sweet sauce, rice, and perfectly streamed vegetables. Would recommend for a reasonably priced Asian bowl place that has some gluten free products. Oh also got the eddemame and was good as well!

I highly recommend adding Fusion Teriyaki Grille to your list of gluten free dining options! I have eaten here multiple times and have never had any issues. The prices are affordable and the food is fresh and delicious. Most of their dishes consist of meat, rice/noodles, and vegetables (so all you have to do is request gluten free sauce).
