Walked in and asked what was gluten free, they had no idea. We walked out. Do not eat here if you want a safe meal.

Food didn’t have much flavor. Chips are fried in a shared fryer. Crossing fingers I don’t get sick from cross contamination.

I have been there twice and neither time did I get sick. Had their tacos ( beef and chicken) enchiladas ( cheese and beef) and chips and queso. All of it was delicious. I have not tried it yet but they do have a breakfast menu. Can not wait to try it. Thank you Fuzzy's!

The staff was very friendly. I have a gluten allergy and ordered off their gluten free menu and before I even left the restaurant I started to have a reaction and a severe one.

Gluten free menu with a great selection: at this location (Gilbert AZ) the managers sibling hAs Celiac so they are very knowledgeable about the disease and risks for CC. Dedicated frier in the back! Our new favorite place!!!

The food was average and I was slightly nervous about eating the food. I didn’t get sick but if you are celiac I wouldn’t recommend.

This location has had staffing issues before I went Gluten free. I ate lunch there today & they were great about the menu. I did not see gluten free on my order receipt. I asked the cooks (open chef window) if they knew my order was gluten free he said everything back here was. That scared me. I rolled w/ it since I don't know my sensitivity level yet & what I ordered has a pretty low rate of CC anyway. When they called our order up thy said they took all precautions changing gloves & utensils to avoid CC. I did not have any irritations. They pulled through in the end. If you decide to go just be really friendly & tip. It is a crazy place & usually under staffed or the crowds. The food is delicious

Their website lists gluten free options. I have eaten there a lot since being diagnosed with celiac and have not gotten sick. If you tell them at the cash register, they go back to the kitchen and make sure they know to change gloves. I eat their pork tacos. I have eaten at the Plano location. I tried a different location, and they were not knowledgeable about cc. I left and didn’t eat at the other location. Edit: A couple of times, they put my tortilla on the same grill as the wheat tortilla. I went there yesterday, and they seemed to have no idea how to be careful about cc. If I eat there, I feel like I have to be extra careful now.

I read great reviews on here about it being celiac friendly. I never eat out due to cross contamination but wanted to do so with my family over the holidays. I was most excited about the dedicated fryer for their chips; however their second fryer was broken so they were putting everything in one. I was really disappointed but they did have a decent sized gf menu. I ordered their cheese dip with tortillas and soft beef tacos. Others ordered steak nachos. Everything was extremely good and fresh! Afterwards, I did get really tired and had a small upset stomach but that could’ve been other factors; I did not have any of my typical exposure reactions. I will definitely go back! Edit: I have since found out that the beef tacos have gluten. My symptoms of exposure have changed a little now and I hadn’t realized it. I changed my rating down to 4 stars bc the staff should’ve informed me I can’t have beef tacos.

I gave this place a try multiple times. I was always assured they had gluten-free options but more often than not I ended up with a reaction. I think there are issues of cross-contamination. I would never eat there if you are celiac.

I got so so sick here. They have gluten free options but they’re options that aren’t celiac safe. Definitely don’t recommend if you actually have an allergy

The BEST Mexican food ever! There’s a GF menu & dairy free menu. The menus are huge & prices are very affordable. The chips & salsa is AMAZING!! My entire family family that’s not GF enjoyed it too.

We tried to order plain nachos with just cheese but it was unable to order online so we ordered on the phone. When we got the food, the nachos weren’t cooked much. The cheese was just tossed on top of the chips and wasn’t cooked.

The staff is very knowledgeable about gluten free preparation. You can get a fresh margarita that is on the rocks gluten free, but not a frozen one. You can have the chips, salsa and guacamole dips. They have an extensive gluten free menu. I love this place.

This Bricktown location is well behind the location near Top Golf when it comes to gluten free. They had a hard time locating their one gluten free menu which was full of chips from the shared fryer, notated with an asterisk. There’s no dedicated fryer. I asked if the margarita swirl was gf. She asked everyone in the back and everyone said, “I think so.” So I actually called the other location and asked them. After a brief hold they told me no and explained why (the margarita mix they use has gluten in it). I was so thankful and I informed the girl there so they’d know too, though I didn’t get the feeling they care. 4 stars bc I’ll give nothing less if I don’t have a reaction and I didn’t. Not celiac safe because they aren’t knowledgeable/trained on it.

The answer is yes, they do have a gluten free menu and there are quite few options but, you pay for the experience rather than the food. The food is good but the restaurant itself is like a cross between Costa Vida and a sports bar. It definitely has a strong sports bar atmosphere. My sister and I split the brisket nacho's and we were both plenty full when we finished. Also, the "Butt Burning" hot sauce is allergen free!

I am so impressed. I’ve never been to Fuzzy’s, even before my diagnosis. I was even more terrified because it was my first time eating out after diagnosis. I was pleasantly surprised that they had a really good selection on their GF menu. Now keep in mind not to have any chips or crispy tacos. They are fried in the same frier as non GF items. But even with knowing this I was able to eat to my hearts content and even had a nice glass of wine with the girls. I was afraid I was going to be left out but I was not at all! I will definitely be going back.

The crew here is terrific and very knowledgeable about the options for gluten free with a separate menu. This location doesn’t cross contaminate with their fried fish and so you can have their chips and tortillas! So awesome!

Good, but you need to ask for dietary menue to figure out what you can eat. No problems for me, but cross contamination is possible.

Fuzzy’s in Texarkana does not have a designated fryer for the tortilla chips & crispy taco shells, so you can get cross contamination. (Only reason I gave less than 5 stars) If wanting tacos I eat only their soft corn tortillas & bring my own chips to have with their salsa or queso. Helpful, friendly service!

This place has a gluten free menu but check with the staff. The PDF menu was more liberal than the staff indicated. I appreciated and trusted the staff. There were tons of options. I had egg, cheese, and bacon taco. I also had egg, chorizo & potato taco. Both were tasty and a nice change of pace. I am hoping to visit again for lunch or dinner.

Went to Fuzzy's for the 1st time and the food was delicious and fresh. They do not have a GF menu but online they offer an allergen document that tells you what you can and cannot eat. I found after discussing it with the staff the soft corn tacos, enchiladas or salads with either grilled veggies, shredded chicken or brisket were my options. The staff had not issue changing their gloves for my meal. The food all came out looming delicious, tasting delicious and #1 perk was I did not get sick. We will definitely be back.

The girl working the counter seemed like she was unsure of gluten free practices and said that she “thought” it wouldn’t be safe from cross contamination. I’m reluctant to post this review because the location may be safe and it was just the worker i encountered tonight. Either way, as a celiac, i couldn’t take the chance so i did not dine here tonight.

I had a great experience. I called and spoke with the staff prior to going. I had a shredded chicken salad with no tortilla strips and avocado ranch dressing. They noted on my order that I had a severe wheat allergy and to change gloves. Salad was delicious and I didn't have any issues.

This location has a dedicated fryer for their chips!!! But ask because not all fuzzys do :( I started getting sick and not knowing why. They had changed their fajita chicken seasoning and it has gluten in it. It use to be marked safe but they changed it months ago and I didn't know. We still love this place I just only eat the chips and cheese now.

Well to start things off, the cashier was unknowledgeable of their menu that he serves everyday to people. We explained that we have serious gluten allergies and the cashier scoffs. After hemming and hawing back and forth what is safe for my wife and I to consume we finally realize that their chips are gluten-free but once they drop them in the fryer it is consider cross contaminated after the fact because they fry everything else that contains GLUTEN. Staff here I would consider Retarded to a small scale but definitely not the brightest I’ve came across traveling across Country. They also like to play games in the kitchen area where the food is meant to be prep and ready for the consumer. I highly recommend eating the trash in the dumpster out back rather than wasting time nor money here at Fuzzy’s Taco Shop. Location Columbia MO. 132 S 9th St. 65201 :)

We went when it wasn't busy. The manager said they could prepare some items for celiacs, but he wasn't knowledgeable about cross-contamination. They don't really know what food is GF there. He handed me a complicated laminated chart that could mislead someone into thinking they could eat the crispy tacos. He said the cooks were careful with allergans, so I talked to them right after the counter clerk entered our tacos/refries/rice order (which had no special notation on it about restrictions). The worst things were that the brisket was waaaay too salty and the tacos were buried under mountains of iceberg lettuce. The taste wasn't worth the time educating the manager and staff!

These guys are fabulous. The are fast and friendly. We are regular customers and they have been great to try to get to know us and what we like to order. They usually anticipate what we are going to want. (A nice perk.) If you are a local, repeat customer, they have a discount for you.I always enjoy the Queso Blanco (purchased). And the Fuzzy dust is a nice addition to the bottomless chips (complimentary). There are several options to choose from. And as a gluten free customer, there are plenty of GF options for me as well, including the fried potatoes as a side.If you are celiac, this probably isn't the place for you as there isn't a dedicated cooking area for gluten free.
