Hostess ignored me when I mentioned an allergy so I talked to the kitchen myself.
But, the manager is incredible! Had cooks change their gloves and assured me she would make it happen.
Be careful if you go when it’s busy! If the manager is around you’re safe!
PS the ground beef contains gluten and chips are not safe for celiac

Manager knew which menu items contained flour in them and were cross contaminated. Burrito bowl is gluten free except for chimichirri sauce which has flour in it. Tested bowl with nima sensor and it came out gluten free.

Great tacos, but have asked for corn tortillas and often receive flour which look similar. Have gotten sick. This place isn’t recommended for celiac.

I called ahead to ask about cross contamination and talked to a manager. He said their fryer is usually just for their corn tortilla chips but they recently added a crispy flour tortilla so the chips are not celiac safe. The kitchen staff will change gloves if asked. When I ordered, I had them mark my dish GF, alert the kitchen of a gluten allergy, and ask the kitchen staff to change gloves. I got a burrito bowl with grilled shrimp.

There is supposed to be a dedicated fryer for chips which makes the tortilla chips celiac friendly. I have yet to ask if I could fry potatoes or the crispy tacos separately, but I suppose that could be possible as well. The main things to know is that you can't have the ground beef, shrimp, tempura fish, fajita beef, Latin fried potatoes, crispy tacos, or tortilla strips that go on the salad. The shrimp is cooked in a barley sauce so it is not actually gluten free like they will tell you. Make sure to let them know about any allergy so they can cook the corn tortillas on a separate part of the grill or microwave them. I always tell the cashier I have celiac disease tell them to mark gluten allergy on my items so the kitchen knows. The sangria is not gluten free, but the margaritas are.

A ton of gluten free options! They have an allergen chart on their website that breaks down every single menu item. Chips are corn chips but are unfortunately not fried in a dedicated GF fryer so had to skip those. Grilled steak tacos were amazing.
