The staff was very friendly. I have a gluten allergy and ordered off their gluten free menu and before I even left the restaurant I started to have a reaction and a severe one.

The staff are very helpful with assuring the food is safe. Very friendly. Unfortunately the food is average at best. The depths of flavor is not there. Very cute decor

Terrible, just awful food. Update- I stand by my opinion, although my son loves the nachos. The white queso is gluten free but you have to make sure you order your chips WITH NO FUZZY DUST.

I am new to Lubbock and have been here 5 times in 3 weeks. I have Celiac and have never had an issue here. They have a gluten-free menu under the front counter.

Allergen menu listed online, and they have a version at the front counter (one online is easier to navigate). The manager came out when he heard me asking about allergies. He reviewed what I planned to order to ensure it was all safe for my wheat allergic son. He had the kitchen clean the grill and use new utensils. We ended up not getting chips, nachos, or crispy tacos since they're fried in contaminated oil, as advised by the manager. Food a little salty, but from gluten-free perspective, it was a good experience.

Very uneducated on gluten free and cross contamination. Even the management is vague in responses and unclear. Chips sound like they are in a shared (contaminated) fryer. According to the online menu options, some locations may have unavoidable surface contamination with corn tortillas, etc. and since the manager and staff were unsure I didn’t feel comfortable getting any tacos etc.

I eat here all the time and have never gotten sick. I even risked foods from the shared fryer (dumb decision being g celiac) and still didn't get sick. It's a perfect go-to because everyone loves Fuzzys lol.

Food was ok. I was advised there was no dedicated fryer, even though reviews indicate there is. Three different people stated there was none. Additionally, the tortillas are heated on the same grill as the flour. They have to microwave the tortillas or not at all.
