They put all of the pizzas directly on the gluten oven. They could not accommodate me over the phone even when I asked if they had any pans or aluminum foil so it didn’t touch the gluten and they seemed to have never been asked that question before.

Grew up eating Gabes Pizza but had not been able to for five years until they starting offering a thin GF crust. Best in town!Friendly employees. Just let them know you are celiac and they will use a clean pizza cutter.
