I found a piece of regular pasta in with my “GF pasta”. Obviously will not return.

Tonight’s dinner was a revisit to this joint which I haven’t been to in 13 years. My god… MY GOD. By far and away the best Italian meal I have had since diagnosed with celiac. Fantastic, crunchy Caesar salad followed by the absolute best, and I mean BEST, chicken fettuccine Alfredo EVER. The pasta was borderline close to the real thing and soaked in a creamy, peppery Alfredo Sauce. The pasta was THICK just like regular fettuccine and didn’t fall apart when rolled up like most do. Still had the issue with the noodles sticking together but overall incredible texture and very satisfying. They get their noodles from a place in Olde Town Arvada and I’ll be paying them a visit as soon as I can! It was all topped with a giant, juicy, very thoughtful grilled chicken breast. Just totally incredible. I was very comfortable eating here with my gluten allergy - our bartender/waitress Amber was fantastic and helped me choose items that would help avoid cross contamination and the folks delivering my food confirmed each plate had been prepared with my allergy in mind. I also ordered a side of Parmesan risotto for extra calories that was equally delicious. No reactions for me other than a full belly and happy taste buds. Couldn’t have chosen a better place for a weekend indulgence. Will be back!!

They have gluten free options listed on the regular menu...they do not have a dedicated fryer, but if that is not an issue for you, the calamari is made with rice flour... I ordered the Minestrone, no noodles...it was wonderful. No after effects, would definitely recommend.
