I didn’t get to eat here bc I didn’t make a reservation (on a Saturday at 11am) and they had a 45 min - 1 hour wait, so I definitely recommend making a reservation! But in the front entrance they had a freezer with “gluten friendly” goods (cheesecake, biscuits) and they also had a dessert counter with “gluten friendly” desserts (macaroons, cakes) but it was in the same container as gluten items and I don’t generally trust food that’s considered gluten “friendly” as a celiac.
Ate here three times during our four-day trip to Colorado Springs! Food was amazing and servers were knowledgeable. Had the Roasted Vegetable Sandwich, Tomato Basil Soup, and Avocado Toast, and all three were delicious. The GF bread they use was so good that I was terrified they mixed it up! :)
We a great experience here. I had the Turkey Avocado Sandwich (Turkocado) it was served on a separate paper covered plate with gluten free bread and a little side salad. They also had a GF brand of rice Krispy treats and prepackaged GF muffins for a sweet treat. They also mentioned a GF pizza crust available.
