Maria is extremely understanding with allergens. Breakfast every morning was such a treat. I am coeliac and dairy free and each morning she explained everything I could eat on our breakfast board. Most mornings I had; option of boiled, fried or scrambled eggs, packaged gf/df bread, dairy free yoghurt with different gf/df toppings to add (gf oats, df choc balls, dried fruit and nuts), a bowl of fresh fruit, a homemade smoothie, cold meat and cheese selection all gf and/or df cheese. Oh and each morning she also made a cake too! Honestly the most incredible hospitality and a stunning traditional hotel too! I would highly recommend ! I would just stress milk allergen over lactose free as I think it’s not too common this side of Italy!!
