I have enjoyed eating there for years because they pay close attention to ensuring that there is no contamination with other dishes or foodstuffs. You get schnitzel with gluten-free breading and the cabbage is left out of the salad because it is cut with a bread slicer. Mrs. Michel and her husband know their stuff very well.
