Sydney was extremely knowledgeable, however I got CCd. Not a lot of options. Head is pounding and belly is off. Not many options in Jackson overall that understand Celiac.

One of the two best & safest meals we had while vacationing in Jackson Hole (& one was a private chef dinner). My celiac daughter was interested in ordering the pork shank. Waitress first confirmed she was celiac and needed to avoid cc. Once we said yes, she informed us that this dish would take longer to cook (30”) because it could not be finished in the fryer (that is not dedicated), so we put that order in prior to the remainder of the table ordering in order to time everything just right. All items that needed to be celiac safe were flagged, which was a nice way to ensure no cc. Everything was delicious. Pork shank was fall off the bone. And delicious. The lentil medley was tasty. Broccoli was delish. We had tried making two reservations for Gather months in advance and were only able to snag one only night during our stay, but everyone in our family agreed that they wished we had dined here twice as this was priced about the same as other restaurants I’ve reviewed on this trip, but everything (ambiance, service, food—taste, variety, flavor, freshness, & technique) was hands down one of the best in Jackson Hole. We WILL be back!

Our server Madison went above and beyond to make sure there was no cross contamination. I am celiac and very sensitive and felt completely fine after this experience. Many of the menu options either are or could be made gluten free. I had the pork shank and it was phenomenal. Absolutely wonderful experience and the food was delicious!

Very expensive. Server had to check with kitchen but was detailed in his answers and did know that fryer not dedicated. Daughter had burger with GF bun and liked it. Was extra $2 for GF bun and then another $4 to sub broccolini for the fries she couldn’t have due to a shared fryer, so her burger meal ended up being $26. I had a good but not great steak and my son had scallops which were good but only 2 in the “for the table” portion. Overall not bad and felt reasonably safe, but not worth the price for us.

I had the fried rice - so tasty! I ordered the bison steak for dinner, it was excellent and full of flavor. For dessert my husband and I shared the chocolate cake, which was great as well!

The food here was out of this world! I had the tartare, burrata, and the fried rice, then for dessert I had the chocolate tort! It was out of this world!!

This place is amazing. Gf clearly marked on the menu. The food is insanely delicious. Very nice atmosphere as well. Knowledgeable staff. Quick service. Wish I had found this place before my last day on vacation!!
